Hello,

Recently installed nukeSPAM, and registered on all the links for API keys, got all that setup just fine, and was just testing all features and clicked on the Whitelist Maintenance link and got this pop-up error:

DataTables warning: JSON data from server could not be parsed. This is caused by a JSON formatting error.

Hi Derek,

Need some additional info:
- jQuery version
- browser & version
- other JS loaded
- anything in your error logs (site or control panel)

Also, does it happen consistently (i.e. if you reload the page)?

The current release of jQuery is 1.8.3, but I haven't tested anything past 1.7.1.

I'll test Firefox 17.0.1 when I get a chance. Have you tried any other browsers?

Can you confirm if the nuke_spam_whitelist table was created? (assuming your prefix is nuke)

What version of RavenNuke are you using? Are there any other addons that include JS / jQuery?

Anything from your site or control panel error logs?

Hello,
Just tried the following browsers:

Google Chrome Version 23.0.1271.95 m
Internet Explorer Version 9.0.8

and still same error, and also the spam_whitelist database table is created.

Other jQuery/Javascript that I can think of that I am using is everything that came with the new Raven Nuke 2.5 Install.

Try it with a stock RavenNuke theme and see if you get the same error. That old theme with the js before the doctype could be causing an issue.

nuken,

You seem to always have the answers, that old theme I was using seems to be causing SO many issues, looks like garbage time for it.

Derek,

Did changing themes solve this issue? If so, please send or link me to your theme for further testing.
