I have seo installed and have submitted my sitemap information and received this message:

When I log into google webmaster my two sites are there and validated but when i go to sitemaps there is nothing there.

My question is does this take a few days to update?

Im assuming I add

http://company.com/modules.php?name=Sitemap&op=Google

to the sitemap on google.

is that correct?

Yes, you must submit the URL to them so that they can find your sitemap.
