I have fixed this issue, my problem was in the fisubice theme viewforum_body.tpl file
The {topicrow.TOPIC_TITLE} is included twice, so I removed the duplicate and seems the everything is good to go ... |

Note: I am also using RavenNukes packaged theme fisubice
