the 1 to 14 if the number of blocks set up active and inactive and yes it works for html blocks it does everything it did before just without the theme header and footer wrapping it

since i posted this i have 7 new users in the users_temp as they cant activate
so i am redoing the functions for user reg for my new site
it maybe worth thinking about for other sites doing this ... |

on my site i have been getting slammed by user registrations from random names and filling my user table i get around 3-5 a day
my solution i alter the registration i changed all $username to $unam ... |
