I have feeds defined, but my browser doesn't auto-discover them. Why?

It's possible that the installation wasn't completed correctly or that the feed isn't active.  If so, there should be a link-rel tag in the HEAD section of all non-admin pages of your site that looks something like:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="nukeSEO PHPNuke SEO News" href="http://feeds.nukeseo.com/nukeSEO" />
